Step 1: Registration at ZAS

First, the applicant registers the RV at the ZAS as describes above:

Then, the RV responsible gets his acronym and a password, and the Cluster Assignment Team (CAT) discusses the RV:

The RV responsible passes the acronym and the password down to the other team members, and the CAT approves or rejects the RV:

Finally, the RV responsible gets the approval of the CAT, and the team members register themselves at the ZAS as described above using the acronym and the password:
